The service uses a comfortable air-conditioned sedan or SUV with a professional English-speaking driver, and can scale up to a six-seat van or a VIP seven-seat minivan for families and small groups. Rather than book each leg separately, guests share a single itinerary: flight numbers, hotel details, ship and cabin, disembarkation port and onward flight. Azi Horizon Travel builds the corresponding transfer plan — meet-and-greet on arrival, hotel drop-off, embarkation-day pickup, ship-side drop-off, disembarkation pickup, onward hotel or airport — and assigns a dedicated driver for as much of the journey as practical, so that the same familiar face is present for the sensitive moments. Cruise-day protocols are standard across the service. On embarkation, luggage is loaded under the driver's supervision, boarding-time coordination is built in, and drop-off is at the correct passenger hall. On disembarkation, the driver waits from earliest passenger release and coordinates on WhatsApp. On airport connections, flights are monitored in real time and the arrivals meet-and-greet team is briefed on cabin numbers so that a delay does not become a missed sailing. The vehicle is late-model and immaculately maintained, with individual climate control, complimentary chilled bottled water, on-board Wi-Fi, umbrella and phone charging.
