Alexandria Port Transfer

A private door-to-door transfer between Alexandria (hotel or Cairo airport) and Alexandria Cruise Terminal, in a comfortable air-conditioned executive sedan (Mercedes-Benz E-Class or equivalent) with a professional English-speaking driver. Larger vehicles — a six-seat van or a seven-seat VIP minivan — are available on request for families and small groups travelling with a full complement of cruise luggage. The service is designed specifically around embarkation and disembarkation days. On embarkation, we schedule pickups against the ship's official embarkation window, allow generous margin for check-in and security, and drop guests directly at the passenger terminal entrance so that only hand luggage is walked to check-in. On disembarkation, we arrange the driver to be waiting from the earliest passenger release, coordinate on WhatsApp so that guests can call the vehicle forward once cleared, and load luggage under the driver's supervision for the drive onward. For guests arriving from Cairo International Airport (CAI), we monitor flight arrivals in real time and coordinate with the arrivals meet-and-greet team so that a delayed flight does not become a missed embarkation window. Cairo–Alexandria drives are pre-briefed for scheduled comfort stops on the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road, and returning drivers on disembarkation day are similarly briefed for the reverse. The vehicle is late-model and immaculately maintained, with individual climate control, complimentary bottled water and soft drinks in a cabin cooler, on-board Wi-Fi, umbrella and phone charging. Child and booster seats are provided free on request. Fixed all-inclusive pricing covers fuel, tolls, parking and driver hours.
