Istanbul Port Transfer

A private door-to-door transfer between any Istanbul hotel or airport (IST or SAW) and the Galataport / Karaköy cruise terminals, in a comfortable air-conditioned executive sedan (Mercedes-Benz E-Class or equivalent) with a professional English-speaking driver. Larger vehicles — a six-seat van or a seven-seat VIP minivan — are available on request for families and small groups travelling with a full complement of cruise luggage. Istanbul is a demanding city to move around on cruise days, with a Bosphorus geography, dense traffic, ferry crossings and a working port that shares access lanes with the historic peninsula. Our drivers know its rhythms intimately: which route to take at which hour, when to prefer the coastal road over the inner boulevards, and how to time the approach to Galataport so that the drop-off is at the correct passenger hall and not the general marina entrance. For airport arrivals connecting to a same-day cruise, we monitor flight arrivals in real time and coordinate with the arrivals meet-and-greet team to move guests directly from the arrivals hall to the ship. IST is roughly forty-five to sixty minutes from Galataport in good conditions; SAW around sixty to ninety, sometimes more at peak. On disembarkation days, the driver waits from earliest passenger release and coordinates on WhatsApp so that guests do not stand outside with luggage. The vehicle is late-model and immaculately maintained, with individual climate control, complimentary chilled bottled water and Turkish delight in a small cabin box, on-board Wi-Fi, umbrella and phone charging. Child and booster seats are provided free on request. Fixed all-inclusive pricing covers fuel, tolls, parking and driver hours.
