Port Said Transfer

A private door-to-door transfer between Cairo (city or airport), Alexandria or any hotel in the Suez Canal region and Port Said Cruise Terminal — the primary Egyptian embarkation point for MSC eastern-Mediterranean itineraries. The service uses a comfortable air-conditioned executive sedan (Mercedes-Benz E-Class or equivalent) with a professional English-speaking driver; larger vehicles are available for families and small groups. Cairo–Port Said is a substantial drive on cruise days — planned carefully, it is a pleasant motorway journey with a scheduled comfort stop; timed badly, it can miss an embarkation window. Our drivers know the route intimately, monitor real-time traffic, prefer the Ismailia Desert Road on most days over the Delta routes, and adjust departures against ship-specific boarding times rather than published embarkation windows. On embarkation, luggage is loaded under the driver's supervision and the drop-off is at the passenger terminal entrance where MSC porters take over. On disembarkation, the driver is on-site from earliest passenger release and coordinates on WhatsApp so guests do not stand outside with luggage. For guests continuing to Cairo International Airport for an onward flight, we build in generous margin for Delta and Cairo traffic on the return. For airport arrivals connecting to a same-day cruise, we monitor flights in real time and coordinate with the arrivals meet-and-greet team so that a delayed inbound flight does not become a missed sailing. The vehicle is late-model and immaculately maintained, with individual climate control, complimentary chilled bottled water and soft drinks, on-board Wi-Fi, umbrella and phone charging. Child and booster seats are provided free on request. Fixed all-inclusive pricing covers fuel, tolls, parking and driver hours.
