A private door-to-door transfer between any Jeddah hotel or King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED) and the King Abdulaziz Cruise Terminal at Jeddah Islamic Port — the primary embarkation point for AROYA voyages on the Red Sea. The service uses a comfortable air-conditioned executive sedan (Mercedes-Benz E-Class or equivalent) with a professional English-speaking driver; larger vehicles are available for families and small groups. The cruise terminal at Jeddah Islamic Port sits inside a working commercial port complex, and access requires that vehicles and passengers meet specific documentation and screening protocols. Our drivers hold the necessary port passes, prepare passenger documents in advance, and route to the passenger terminal via the correct gate — a small distinction that removes twenty to thirty minutes from a cruise-day arrival. On embarkation, pickups are scheduled against the guest's assigned boarding time, luggage is loaded under the driver's supervision, and the drop-off is at the passenger terminal entrance where porters take over. On disembarkation, the driver waits from earliest passenger release and coordinates on WhatsApp; on onward transfers to the airport, we build in generous margin for terminal traffic on ship days. For airport arrivals connecting to a same-day cruise, we monitor flights in real time and coordinate with the arrivals meet-and-greet team. The vehicle is late-model and immaculately maintained, with individual climate control, complimentary chilled bottled water, on-board Wi-Fi, umbrella and phone charging.
