Group Cruise Coach

A modern forty-five-seat touring coach with a professional driver and, when required, an English-speaking tour leader — designed specifically for larger cruise groups embarking or disembarking at ports across the eastern Mediterranean and the Red Sea. The vehicles in our regular fleet are late-model Setra, Mercedes-Benz Tourismo or MAN Lion's Coach models, fully air-conditioned, with reclining seats, panoramic windows, on-board Wi-Fi, refrigerated drinks storage, PA system and generous under-floor luggage capacity — a genuine consideration on cruise-day loads. Cruise-day logistics are the service's defining specialism. On embarkation, the coach arrives at the departure hotel or airport in a livery-appropriate condition, drivers and porters marshal luggage into under-floor holds under the guest's supervision, and the arrival at the passenger terminal is coordinated against the ship's boarding waves so that the group does not queue on the coach. On disembarkation, we hold the coach in a designated waiting zone and only bring it forward once the last of the group has cleared the terminal — with drinks and Wi-Fi already running. Typical uses include Cairo–Port Said, Cairo–Alexandria, Jeddah city–Jeddah Islamic Port, Istanbul city–Galataport, Dubai hotels–Mina Rashid, and equivalent runs on multi-port itineraries. On mixed-language groups we can add a bilingual tour leader, and on longer transfers we plan comfort stops as standard rather than on request. All coach services include a single point of contact at Azi Horizon Travel for pre-departure logistics and on-tour adjustments, and pricing is fixed and all-inclusive — no line-item surprises for fuel, tolls or parking.
