The Chedi Luštica Bay

The Chedi Luštica Bay is the anchor five-star of the new Luštica Bay marina community — a masterplanned coastal village on the Luštica peninsula, opposite Tivat, whose stone architecture, olive-planted terraces and marina-front promenade already feel established. The Chedi itself sits at the water's edge, its low, colonnaded wings drawing on the design language of an Adriatic waterfront town.

Rooms and suites face either the marina or the sea, with private balconies or terraces on almost every unit. Interiors, in the signature Chedi style, are refined and considered — pale timber floors, hand-woven rugs, custom joinery, and marble bathrooms with walk-in rain showers and freestanding tubs in the higher categories. Suites offer separate lounges and, at the top of the range, private plunge pools on generous terraces.

The resort centres on a long marina-front infinity pool and a private sand-and-pebble beach reached along a short waterfront walk, with cabanas, attended sunbeds and a dedicated pool and beach service. The wellness centre offers a signature Chedi treatment menu, hammam, sauna, indoor pool and a fitness studio, with yoga and Pilates through the season.

Dining is a real strength — a signature Mediterranean restaurant on the water, an all-day marina café, a beach club menu and 24-hour in-suite dining, backed by one of the country's more considered wine lists. Breakfast is an unhurried affair on the marina terrace, with local cheeses, house-made pastries and fresh fruit.

Luštica Bay adds an extended promenade of shops, restaurants and bars a short walk from the door, along with a Gary Player golf course higher on the peninsula. Tivat airport is fifteen minutes by car; Kotor old town twenty-five minutes by road (or a scenic boat charter across the bay).
