Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort sits on the Dobrota waterfront just north of Kotor's old town — a five-star resort designed around the extraordinary geography of Boka Bay, Europe's southernmost fjord-like inlet. Sheer limestone walls rise straight from the water; centuries-old sea captains' villas line the promenade; and the resort's low, terraced architecture is designed to disappear into the palette of stone, cypress and water.
