Splendid Conference & Spa Resort is Montenegro's largest and most established five-star resort — a broad seafront estate on Bečići Bay just south of Budva, whose scale, spa, casino and conference facilities have made it the country's flagship large-property address for two decades. The building steps down towards the sea, with wide seaward wings, extensive gardens and a long private beach at the foot of the property.

Rooms and suites are generously proportioned across sea-view, side-sea and garden categories, most with private balconies. Dining is broad: a main international restaurant for buffet breakfasts and themed evenings, a signature Mediterranean restaurant on the seafront, an Italian trattoria, a poolside grill and a beach bar. The on-site casino and cocktail bars add a distinctive evening dimension. The children's programme, kids club, dedicated pool and family entertainment make this one of the strongest family propositions in the country.

Budva old town and the pedestrianised marina are a short private transfer or a scenic walking distance along the coast; Sveti Stefan is fifteen minutes to the south; Kotor and Tivat around forty minutes to the north. Tivat airport is twenty-five minutes by car.
