Khor Al Beidah Mangroves

Khor Al Beidah is a 2,000-hectare tidal system sheltered by the UAQ peninsula. Resident greater flamingos, herons, ospreys, crab plovers and Socotra cormorants. Access is by guided kayak, small boat or walking hide only.

Visitor Tip

Access only via a licensed operator. Do not walk the mudflats unaccompanied — tide moves fast.
