Ed-Dur Archaeological Site
Ed-Dur is a vast archaeological site 20 minutes south of UAQ town, spread across roughly four square kilometres. It flourished from the 1st century BCE to 1st century CE. Excavated remains include the Sun Temple, tombs and a fortified building.
Visitor Tip
Best visited on a guided cultural tour — signage is limited. Bring water.
