Your driver monitors your flight; adjusts for early arrivals and delays; meets you inside the terminal with a name-board immediately after passport control; assists with luggage; and walks you directly to a late-model, air-conditioned vehicle waiting a short distance from the exit. The vehicle is chosen for your party: a private sedan for one or two guests with light luggage; a luxury minivan for a family or a group with substantial luggage; a larger minibus for three to six travellers with additional cases; or a chauffeured limousine on request. All vehicles are fully insured, air-conditioned, non-smoking and driven by an English-speaking chauffeur familiar with every Cairo hotel and residential neighbourhood. The transfer is ideal for arriving families with young children (car seats available on request), for older travellers who value the assistance through the terminal, for business travellers on short trips who need the certainty of a fixed pick-up, and for any first-time visitor who wants to arrive at their hotel calm and unhurried. On departures, we monitor traffic to the airport, factor in the two mandatory security checks at the terminal entrance, and always allow an extra buffer for peak evening congestion on the Ring Road. Meet-and-assist is included as standard on arrivals. VIP fast-track through immigration, luggage porters, lounge access on departures, flowers or amenities in the vehicle, and multi-vehicle transfers for larger parties can all be added on request. The transfer includes waiting time — up to sixty minutes on arrivals and thirty minutes on departures — with no extra charge, and full flight monitoring in real time.
