The story
Sky Views is Dubai's newest observation experience — a 219.5-metre-high indoor deck at the top of the Address Sky View Towers on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, directly opposite Burj Khalifa. The visit combines three elements: a floor-to-ceiling Observatory looking straight into Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai, a walkable outdoor Glass Slide that arcs between the twin towers 200 metres above the ground, and — for the boldest guests — the Edge Walk, a harnessed exterior stroll along the roofline. The whole experience takes 60 to 90 minutes.

Wear closed shoes or trainers — the Glass Slide requires them and heels or open sandals are not permitted. Guests with vertigo should note the observatory floor is entirely of glass; a walking path is marked for those who prefer to avoid looking down.

- Observatory: from age 3+, under-18s with an adult. Glass Slide: minimum age 3, height 90 cm and above. Edge Walk: minimum age 12 and weight 40–120 kg.
- Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your reserved time slot. Weather or safety closures on the Glass Slide or Edge Walk are refunded in full for that portion of the ticket.
