Overview

The story

The Burj Khalifa remains the world's tallest building at 828 metres, and its observation decks are one of Dubai's most-visited experiences. This is a private, transfer-included package designed to remove the queues and logistics from what is otherwise a busy walk-through attraction.

The experience is built around a timed entry to the observation decks. Guests are collected from their hotel and driven to The Dubai Mall's dedicated Burj Khalifa entrance, where our representative accompanies them through security. From there, a high-speed lift climbs 124 floors in under a minute to the outdoor deck.

At The Top — floors 124 and 125: The main outdoor observation deck occupies the 124th floor, with a partially covered viewing terrace and floor-to-ceiling glass for shaded viewing. Guests can circle the tower on foot, taking in Downtown Dubai, the Dubai Fountain, Business Bay, Dubai Creek Harbour, the Arabian Gulf and — on clear days — as far as the desert to the east. An additional interior mezzanine on level 125 has interactive displays and a small telescopic viewing installation.

At The Top SKY — floors 148 and 125: An optional upgrade adds access to the world's highest observation deck at level 148, at 555 metres. The SKY experience is a smaller, quieter lounge-style area with a dedicated concierge, refreshments and a private outdoor terrace. This tier suits guests who want a calmer, more elevated view rather than the busier main deck.

Timing: Sunset slots are the most popular and are limited; the guide will typically recommend arriving 30–45 minutes before sunset so guests can see the city in daylight, at golden hour and after the towers light up. Fully daytime or fully night-time visits are also available and are often quieter.

Guests can expect: Private hotel transfers, a short guided orientation before entry, timed tickets that avoid the general queue, roughly 60–90 minutes on the observation decks depending on tier, and the option to combine with The Dubai Mall for shopping or the Dubai Fountain show at ground level.

Best suited for: All ages. The building is fully accessible, and there is no walking beyond entrance-to-lift-to-deck. Families with young children usually find the experience straightforward.

What to wear and bring: Comfortable clothes, a light layer for air-conditioned interiors, and a camera or phone with plenty of storage. Large bags are not permitted through security; carry a small day bag if possible.
