The hotel occupies a discreet wing above Mall of the Emirates with 393 rooms and suites, plus 20 Aspen chalet-style suites overlooking the ski slope — an experience found nowhere else in the world. Interiors were refurbished in 2022 in warm marbles, brushed brass and desert tones. Service is European-Arabic, unhurried, and adult in tone: the front office remembers preferences from stay to stay, and butlers are assigned to every suite guest.
