Hotel Liro sits a short stroll from the sand in central Vlora, on a quiet residential street that opens onto the long promenade and the bay beyond. The public areas are contemporary and calm: pale stone floors, timber accents, an atrium lobby that draws light down through the building. Rooms are generously sized for the category, with balconies overlooking either the bay or the tree-lined boulevard. Interiors favour soft neutrals and layered textiles, with rain showers, blackout curtains, USB-equipped bedside consoles and reliable air conditioning through the summer months.

The rooftop is the property's signature: a full-length pool deck with cushioned loungers, a bar serving Albanian sparkling wines and light Mediterranean plates, and uninterrupted views across Vlora Bay to the Karaburun peninsula.
