Overview
The story
The Middle East's longest and highest Via Ferrata — an iron-rung climbing route bolted into the limestone of Jebel Jais. You are always clipped to a continuous safety cable, but the exposure is real: a suspended ladder, a wire bridge, a 40-metre free abseil at the end, and a 300-metre traverse across the ridge. Guides are IFMGA-affiliated instructors; equipment (harness, helmet, gloves, lanyard) is included. Not suitable for a fear of heights. Minimum age 14; participants must be able to climb a fixed ladder for 30 seconds continuously. Two climbing routes available (Nature and Ridge) — this booking is for the Ridge route.
